Submission for the Best SME ICT Award will be assessed by a Judging Panel. The judging criteria during the assessment process include but not limited to:

2. Functionality (20%)
3. Market/Productivity Performance (20%)
4. Benefits and Impact (20%)
5. Quality (20%)
