1. Applicant should fill in an application form which is downloadable from http://www.hkictawards.hk.
2. Duly completed application form and submission details should be posted to the Organiser by the closing date for entries.

報名方法

1. 參賽者可從大會網站 ( http://www.hkictawards.hk ) 下載參賽表格，請將填妥之表格連同參賽項目之相關資料準時交回主辦機構。
2. 填妥之參賽表格及相關資料必須在截止報名日期前郵遞至主辦機構。
