NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Year 2017-2019 Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held at the following place and time:

Date :     25th April 2019 (Thursday)
Place :     Level 10, Cyberport 2, 100 Cyberport Road, Hong Kong
Time :     6:00 pm

The agenda of the Annual General Meeting is:

1.    to receive and adopt the minutes of the last general meeting;
2.    to receive and consider the Chairman’s Report for the year ended 30 June 2018;
3.    to receive and consider the audited Statement of Accounts of the Association and the Auditors’ Report for the year ended 30 June 2018;
4.    to elect new term of Chairman ;
5.    to elect new term of Council Members ;
6.    to consider and, if thought fit, appoint Chan Lau & Co to be nominated by the Council as the Honorary Auditor of the Association;
7.    to consider and, if thought fit, reappoint Mr. Kenneth Ma of Chiu & Partners as the Honorary Legal Advisor of the Association;
8.    to transact any other business
