SCIE is not just a brand new trade show concurrent with “Hong Kong Computer & Communications Festival 2013” with a track record of 0.63m visitors last year, but also a revival of the “Software Exhibition” since the last show was held 10 years ago! In these years, mobile apps, social media, cloud computing and information security all create a new focus on user engagement through a wider range of applications beyond traditional software solutions. Moreover, the cross-over of creative industries (film, game, publishing, animation) and software industry fosters an interesting synergy.

Good news that the Exhibition is a pre-approved trade show under SME Export Marketing Fund in which SME exhibitors can apply for 50% of the total approved expenditures incurred by the applicant or $50,000, whichever is the less; and special discount is offered to Hong Kong ICT Awards (2011-2013) winners or members of CHKCI!
