Business Continuity Implementer Course Risk, Business Impact Analysis and BC Plans
The Covid-19pandemic over the past two years has prompted many unprepared organisations to develop a quick-fix response plan to cater for lockdown and policy changes. Nevertheless,a single response plan may only cater for a particular scenario or risk. There could be many more unforeseen circumstances and it is impossible to draft a response plan for every single potential risk. The best solution is to implement a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). At this course, you will get an overview of the BCMS framework and learn how to gather the information for making the most appropriate decision in response to any possible scenario. The course also covers writing of the business continuity plan. Templates will be shared! The course is ideal for individuals and organisations that are getting started on the BCMS program, SME owners, managers, as well as anyone who is keen to learn more about BCMS. Details
